Steps:

1. Select date for your request

2. Select preferred room/listing and drag the time bar from start to finish

3. Log in is required if you are new to the portal

4. Confirm Date/Time for the request

5. Make Payment (it is a pre-payment until the request is approved, if request is denied your payment will be reversed)

6. Pending approval from our team (typically within 1 hour, but may take up to 24 hours)

7. Approved! - if approved, you will receive 2 emails, 1 from the portal confirming your reservation and 1 from our system with check in instruction and site map.

Requirements for Approval

• All first time clients must show proof of identification for the responsible guest

• Primary contact information is required: Email, Phone Number

• Head Count + Guest List of the reservation - subject to approval

• Purpose of Reservation - subject to approval

• Other: we may request additional information for approval

To change your reservation, you can request for change on the portal once you log in. If urgent, please reach out to our team at Info@Task-Up.com or call us at 267-761-4118.

All cancellations must be sent by email to Info@Task-Up.com

The portal does not automatically issue refunds for cancellations, it is processed manually at the discretion of our cancellation policy. Please note, not all cancellations are subject to refunds:

• Cancellation greater than 48 hours or 2 days are 100% refundable.

• Cancellation within 48 hours or 2 business days are 50% refundable or 100% in booking credits (booking credit can only be applied 1 time).

• Cancellation within 24 hours or same day are non-refundable.

Unfortunately, we do not have parking on-site or validate parking sessions.

There is plenty of parking options around us and within walking distance.

Street Parking:

Download 'MeterUp' app to conveniently pay and track your parking. Each hour range between $3 to $4 with limited hours, extensions are at 1.5x or double the rate.

Parking Lot:

Paid parking lots nearby typically range from $20 to $30 up to 12 hours or daily.

We ask you to leave the space you reserved the way you found it.

For reservations where food and beverage are served - 2 trash bags are provided. All trash must be collected and contained inside the provide trash bags and left in designated area. If you exceeded the trash allowance, each additional page is $10 for trash removal.

Depending on the type of booking - you may be required to a refundable deposit.

Your deposit may be applied to any damages or excess clean up. If eligible, deposits are refunded after 24 hours inspection period.

Fees:

• Up to $50 for access clean up

• Up to $250 for furniture/equipment damage/loss
