Make Payment (it is a pre-payment until the request is approved, if request is denied your payment will be reversed) 6. Pending approval from our team (typically within 1 hour, but may take up to 24 hours) 7. Approved! - if approved, you will receive 2 emails, 1 from the portal confirming your reservation and 1 from our system with check in instruction and site map. To cancel your reservation, email us at Info@Task-Up.com. Refunds aren’t automatic and follow our cancellation policy: Cancel more than 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancel within 48 hours for a 50% refund or 100% booking credit (one-time use). Cancel within 24 hours or on the same day, and it’s non-refundable.

We don’t have on-site parking, but there are plenty of options nearby! For street parking, use the 'MeterUp' app to pay and track your spot. Rates are $3 to $4 per hour, with higher rates for extensions. Nearby parking lots usually charge $20 to $30 for up to 12 hours.

Absolutely! We do have a few extra fees to keep in mind. If you’re serving food and drinks, we provide two trash bags for cleanup. If you need more, it’s $10 per additional bag. Some bookings might also require a refundable deposit, which we’ll use for any damages or extra cleanup. Deposits are refunded after a 24-hour inspection. Here’s a quick rundown: Up to $50 for extra cleanup, and up to $250 for any damage or loss of furniture/equipment.
