Cancellation & Refund Policy
This cancellation and refund policy applies to Task Up spaces and select partner locations that choose to adopt Task Up’s cancellation and refund standards. Policies may vary by listing and location. Guests are responsible for reviewing the cancellation and refund policy stated on each individual listing prior to booking.
ONE-TIME OFFICE RESERVATION CANCELLATION:
This cancellation policy applies to all private office, conference room, workshop, and meeting space reservations. All cancellation requests must be submitted by email for documentation purposes.
This policy applies only to reservations completed directly through the Proximity portal. Reservations made through third-party platforms, including but not limited to Peerspace and LiquidSpace, are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of those respective platforms.
Any eligible refunds will be issued less applicable transaction and processing fees.
Cancellation Terms

Cancellation submitted at least 48 hours before the reservation start time:
100% refundable. -
Cancellation submitted between 24 and 48 hours before the reservation start time:
50% refundable. -
Cancellation submitted within 24 hours of the reservation start time:
Non-refundable.
* Self-cancellation through the portal does not automatically generate credits or refunds. Cancellation submissions serve only as notice to the space manager of the guest’s intent to cancel the reservation. All refund and credit requests remain subject to review and approval under Task Up policies.
DAY PASS BUNDLE CANCELLATION:
All Day Pass Bundle purchases are subject to Task Up cancellation and refund policies.

In the event of a partial refund request, all used passes will be recalculated at the standard day pass rate of $30 per used pass. Any eligible refund will then be prorated based on the remaining unused balance after adjustment.

Example: If 2 passes have been used, the used value will be recalculated as $60 (2 × $30), resulting in an eligible remaining refund balance of $90.
MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION:
All active monthly members are required to submit a written cancellation notice to Info@Task-Up.com at least 30 days prior to their membership end date.

Cancellation requests are not considered finalized until acknowledged and approved by the Task Up team.

Any eligible refunds will be issued less applicable transaction and processing fees.
VIRTUAL OFFICE MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION:
All active virtual office members are required to submit a written cancellation request at least 30 days prior termination effective date. All requests must be submitted by email to Info@Task-Up.com.

Early termination of any plans will be reviewed for any eligible refund. Refunds are prorated at the standard monthly rate of $75 per month, not the discounted bundled rate.

The client is responsible for any applicable refund processing fees, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
VIRTUAL OFFICE MEMBERSHIP PAUSE:
All active virtual office members are required to submit a written pause request at least 30 days prior to the requested pause date.

All pause requests must be submitted by email to Info@Task-Up.com.

Paused accounts will continue to be billed a $10/month portal maintenance fee for each month the account remains paused.

The pause option is available to month-to-month members only.
We ask all guests and members to be considerate with reservations and cancellations, as cancelled bookings may impact availability for other guests.
