How to Reserve?

  • Note: 2 hour minimum is required for hourly rooms.

  • How do I make a one time reservation?
    Select "Book" for the room you desire. It will lead to you the booking page. Direct link to book: Members.Task-Up.com Steps: Click on the requested room, action will take you to listing's calendar. Create Account or Log In Select the room category / name Select date and time Make Payment Wait for our team to "approve" your reservation request Once approved we may ask for additional details and email you reservation details Requirements for Approval Official ID of Responsible Guest Primary Contact Information Head Count/Guest List Activity Description Other: We may request additional information for approval.
  • Help! I need to cancel my reservation...
    All cancellations must be sent by email for record to Info@Task-Up.com Guest cancellation greater than 48 hours or 2 business days are 100% refundable. Cancellation within 48 hours or 2 business days are 50% refundable or 100% in booking credits. Cancellation within 24 hours or same day are non-refundable or 100% in booking credits.

  • Where is the closest parking?
    There is surrounding metered street parking for about $3.00/hour. We recommend downloading the app 'MeterUp' to make payment for street parking easier and more convenient. There are also paid indoor parking lots on Samson Street between 20th and 21st Street. Space is very limited in the city. Sorry, we do not offer parking validations or free parking.
  • Are there additional fees?
    We ask you to leave the space the way you found it. We provide 2 trash bags per event. All trash must be collected and inside the trash bags provided and left in designated area. You may be required to a deposit, depending on your reservation type. May subject to: Damage Security Deposit may apply $250, refundable after 24 hour inspection period. Excess Clean Up Fee may apply $50
