Help! I need to cancel my reservation...


All cancellations must be sent by email for record to Info@Task-Up.com -Guest cancellation greater than 48 hours or 2 business days are 100% refundable. -Cancellation within 48 hours or 2 business days are 50% refundable or 100% in booking credits. -Cancellation within 24 hours or same day are non-refundable or 100% in booking credits.




Are there special rates for multiple days booking or long term use?


YES! For long term monthly bookings, please contact us for options and details. For consecutive day bookings, 10% discount is applied after the first day. Applicable for Conference Rooms only.




I am on a budget and my company needs help with the reservation cost.


Yes! We offer discounts if you are... 1) Non-Profit, 20% discount. Need proof of non-profit certification. 2) For-Profit, 10% for each consecutive day, after first day. That means, first day is not applicable for discount, the following days after are. Where is the closest parking?


There is a paid outdoor parking lot on Vine Street on the same block as the entrance. There may also surrounding metered street parking. Download MeterUp app for metered street parking.




Are there additional fees?


Fee Schedule applies to Reservations with Food and/or Beverage. Fees vary per room type. Conference Room Fees: Cleaning/Catering Fee - May apply. Drop Off Caterer - $2.50/guest or waived if food is limited to coffee and snacks. Preferred Caterer - $0, None (Preferred Caterer helps set up and clean up). Security Deposit - $300, Refundable after 24 hour inspection period. Overtime Rate - $150/hour per room. ----------- Grand Hall Fees: Clean Up Fee - Required, $2.50/guest. Security Deposit - $600, Refundable after 24 hour inspection period. Overtime Rate - full hall $350/hr, half hall $175/hr ----------- Pre-Event Fees: Clean Up Fee - Required, $2.50/guest. Security Deposit - $300, Refundable after 24 hour inspection period. Catering Fee - May apply. Drop Off Caterer - 15% of catered bill.
